ITALIAN MEMES – POSTCARDS FROM ITALY

One thing unites Italians – food. We are divided by regions and dialects and even beliefs. But we can all rally around something tasty. On March 19, when southern Italians throw feasts to honor San Giuseppe (known to Americans as St. Joseph) and all Italians celebrate their fathers (that’s Italian Father’s Day!), everyone eats St. Joseph zeppoles, cakes filled with cream. Who doesn’t want to do more of that? Am I right?
